The first image taken on two-photon laser fluorescence microscope of AREAL Microscopy station using AVESTA Ltd. Ti:Sapphire tunable laser. The image presents kalanchoe leaf cells stained with Auramin 0. The wavelength of the tunable laser is 840 nm.
Left image – detector with red filter, right image – detector with green filter.
