UBA17 Workshop will be held at CANDLE Synchrotron Research Institute (www.candle.am) on 04-07 July 2017, Yerevan, Armenia.

The expected number of workshop participants: 40-50

Workshop Fee: 150 Euro (includes reception, local transportation, lunches, coffee breaks, workshop dinner and excursions).

The working language: English.

Payment: on-site, during registration.

A limited number of grants, covering the workshop fee, is available for international PhD/MSc students.

The workshop participants are recommended Ani Plaza Hotel for accommodation (https://anihotel.com). The hotel is located at city downtown. You can directly reserve the appropriate room or can contact the workshop secretary for reservation. A number of single rooms have been reserved for workshop participants (about 70 Euros/day, including breakfast).

The local transportation to workshop venue will be provided.

Participants are kindly requested to send their flight details to workshop secretary for accommodation reservation and airport/hotel transportation.

Countries which are exempted from obtaining a visa to travel to Armenia.

Countries citizens of which can obtain Armenian visas upon arrival in Armenia.

After the workshop, a social program will be organized, which will include a two-day trip to one of the beautiful regions of Armenia.

Departure– Saturday morning (08 July, at 8.00 a.m.)

Return – Sunday evening (09 July, at 7.00 p.m.)

The trip expenses will be covered by the Organizing Committee.
