I see that everyone guarantees his or her
support for this ground-breaking project , but it seems to me that
nobody asks him or herself why this project has not been implemented
yet. I could probably speculate about it. But to be honest, I don’t see
any logical reason why this project hasn’t been implemented by now. The
fact ist that the entire country would profit from it, not only science
in armenia, but the whole country’s economy and its reputation in the
world. Who or what is hampering the implementation? We definitely have
to ask ourselves this question. Because who or whatever it is, it does
not want the best for Armenia, it does not want Armenia to develop and
become a strong and influental player in the world. We have to take the
initiative and solve this problem for all, because this issue concerns
Armenia’s future and the canle project’s non-implementation may risk
armenia’s downfall.

It is now a universal fact that no other
single experimental facility can serve the cause of research in all the

The synchrotron radiation facilities are opened up the possibilty of opening new frontiers of science.
Myself I construct X-ray tubes for UHV – XPS-XAES
instruments, but during the visits in syncrotron labs,
I thought that the more precise X-ray sources are the synchrotrons. And Trieste, Berkley, Tsukuba syncrotron
scientists showed me their labs, and I have read many
excellent results from other syncrotron colleagues as well. Grenoble,
Hamburg, Osaka, etc. I think in the near and the far future the
synchrotrons will be very important scientific instruments not only in
general in science but in the frontiers of materials science including
the biological materials as well. As much as possible uniform
distributions of synchrotron radiation facilities in the world also
As I know the Armenian Scientist are excellent, and they plan to open their lab for the wolrld science
community, which is important, and I am sure in it that there will be
some of the parameters in the planed new source which can not be
reached in the case of other sources at the monent. Go ahead.
Contruct an excellent new X-ray souurce as a synchrotron. Jozsef.
