On April 3, a delegation from the Military Academy of the Ministry of Defense of RA visited CANDLE SRI on a working trip. The delegation included the Head of the Academy, Colonel A. Mangasaryan, Deputy Head for Science and Education Quality, Lieutenant Colonel S. Petrosyan, Head of the Department of Exact Sciences R. Apreyan, and lecturer V. Misakyan.
During the visit, the guests explored the institute’s research potential by touring the Vacuum, Advanced materials and microdevices, Photon beams and optics, as well as Experimental biology laboratories.They were presented with the capabilities of the AREAL and DELTA experimental stations, current projects, and upcoming scientific initiatives.
During the discussion that followed the tour, the parties addressed ways to expand cooperation between science and education, emphasizing the importance of collaboration with the Academy.
The meeting concluded with the signing of a cooperation agreement between the two institutions, which will serve as a foundation for the implementation of future joint projects, exchange of experience, and effective integration of scientific potential in the fields of military science and applied physics.
