The scientific council of Physics Faculty (Yerevan State University) has declared Maxim Sargsyan as the best Master student 2020. His Master thesis was devoted to the mechanical and optical properties of liquid crystalline elastomers and was conducted under the supervision of Prof. R. Hakobyan. Maxim Sargsyan also works as a senior assistant in the group of “Lasers and Optics” at CANDLE since September 2018. The topic of his study at CANDLE is related to Ultrafast Laser-Induced Modification of Glass and Fabrication of Buried Phase Structures at DELTA laser microfabrication station.
