During the last decade of October, Open Days for Students of Armenian universities were organized to invite them visit the main research facilities of CANDLE Synchrotron Research Institute. Students from the Yerevan Medical State University, Russian- Armenian University, State Engineering University of Armenia and Yerevan State University got acquainted with the AREAL laser driven linear accelerator facility and the DELTA laboratory experimental stations on two-photon fluorescence microscopy and micro-fabrication. The status and highlights of CANDLE synchrotron light source project have been discussed. The near and long-term experimental programs at the new facilities have been presented.
The last decade of October is announced to be the traditional annual open days for university students to visit the main research facilities of CANDLE Synchrotron Research Institute.
