On 2 September 2024 it was 65th birthday of рrof. Vasiliy Tsakanov. Being the co-founder of the first scientific research institute established in the newly independent Armenia, the distinguished scientist spared no effort to invest his knowledge and experience in the development of science and the making of new international relationships.
Due to many human virtues, scientific and educational achievements Vasili Tsakanov enjoyed the love and respect of his team and colleagues.
In the memory of Vasili Tsakanov, by the initiative of his family a bust of the professor was unveiled in a solemn atmosphere at CANDLE SRI. The ceremony was attended by family members, relatives, friends and colleagues.
