In the frames of cooperation between the Faculty of Physics of the Yerevan State University (YSU) and the CANDLE Synchrotron Research Institute, a new high-resolution sub-picosecond laser pulse shape measurement module for the AREAL has been developed by the Laboratory of Ultrafast Optics and Photonics at the YSU. During the visit to the Laboratory, the CANDLE team got introduced with the first prototype module. The experts agreed this achievement to be an excellent follow-up for the launch of the DELTA (Dedicated Experimental Laboratory for Time-resolved Analysis) laboratory at the CANDLE SRI, supported by the grant of the State Committee of Science.
