The Candle Synchrotron Research Institute within the framework of the UNESCO “Day of Light” global initiative is announcing a photo contest entitled “See the Light.”
Those who are over 12 years old are invited to participate in the competition. The terms of participation in the contest are:
• Find a light source
• Take a picture of that light
• Choose the most successful high-quality picture
• Submit it via email @ info.candle.sri@gmail.com, indicating name, surname, school, and age. Please mention “Day of Light” in the subject line of the email.
The deadline for the competition is May 16, the results will be summarised on June 9 during the “Day of Light” event organized by Candle Synchrotron Research Institute, which will be dedicated to the founder and the first president of CANDLE, Jirayr Hovnanian. The launch of a series of events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Candle Synchrotron Research Institute will be marked on that day.
