The CANDLE diagnostic laboratory has successfully completed the high precision Magnetic Measurement Bench (MMB) that gives the opportunity to measure the magnetic field with high accuracy. The measurements of dipole, solenoid and corrector magnets are the essential parts to reach the AREAL electron beam design parameters. The results of these measurements coincide well with the magnets simulations performed by the CST Microwave Studio. After successful obtaining of the AREAL first electron beam on 20 December 2013 and further data acquisition, the extensive program of beam parameters’ precise measurements is scheduled for March 2014.
