The new developments on the AREAL facility design and construction have resulted on a number of innovative solutions in accelerator engineering. The group of CANDLE PhD students in accelerator technology ( Vahagn Vardanyan, Artur Gevorkyan and Vahe Danielyan) headed by Prof. Vardan Avagyan has recently received three patents for new engineering solutions, implemented in the AREAL accelerator. CANDLE team congratulates the group and wishes further success.
