A research project defense by David Mkrtchyan, a 10th-grade student of the Mkhitar Sebastatsi Educational Complex, was held at the CANDLE Synchrotron Research Institute.
Research projects constitute an essential component of modern education, fostering students’ research skills, scientific reasoning, analytical thinking, and critical approach. They provide students with an opportunity to independently investigate a selected topic, formulate research objectives and questions, apply appropriate research methods, analyze the obtained results, and draw well-founded conclusions.
The defense was accompanied by an engaging professional discussion. CANDLE SRI specialists presented questions, comments, and recommendations aimed at strengthening the scientific foundation of the research, encouraging a more in-depth exploration of the topic, and identifying potential directions for its further development.
