UBA 2026 Workshop Concludes Successfully at CANDLE SRI

The UBA 2026 workshop—organized with co-financing from the Science Committee of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport and held in collaboration with Germany’s DESY research center and Italy’s National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN)—has successfully concluded at the CANDLE Synchrotron Research Institute. Representatives from renowned US scientific centers and companies specializing in accelerator technology development joined the UBA workshop—held biennially since 2017—for the first time this year. Throughout the workshop, participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest research conducted by internationally renowned scientists and to present their own scientific work, creating a unique environment for active scientific discussions, knowledge exchange, and collaboration. Once again, UBA 2026 highlighted the importance of bringing together researchers from different countries and scientific disciplines to promote the exchange of knowledge, inspire new ideas, and foster long-term international collaborations.

The workshop concluded with an official closing ceremony, during which the organizers expressed their sincere gratitude to all participants and supporting organizations, whose dedication and invaluable support made UBA 2026 a productive, insightful, and inspiring scientific event.
